  Notes:

  Full Registration (Three Days) Rate- includes the Presidential Reception on Tuesday, October 15th, and the Luncheon on Wednesday, October 16th. Additional Reception tickets are available for $60 and Luncheon tickets for $40.

  Paying online once for multiple registrations
